Signing up for a limited account and storing your vaccination card is completely free! Individuals with certain conditions may also be eligible for free access to our full product.
Only you decide how your information is used. We use 256-bit military grade encryption and are HIPAA compliant.
Our Mission

We are experts in giving patients the full picture of their medical care by collecting their fragmented medical records in one secure place. We then partner with researchers who can leverage the anonymized medical information from those records to find safer, better treatments. Because we’re all stronger together.
