Manage care more effectively

Sign your loved one up for PicnicHealth and we'll collect and organize their records in one clear, accessible place. When you can see the full picture, you can focus on what matters most: their care.

Can I create accounts for multiple family members?

Yes. Once you've created your first account, go to settings, create a new account, fill in the patient information, and complete onboarding. Repeat for each family member.

Can I access my loved one's records if I'm not their legal guardian or don't have POA?

You may still be able to access their records with their consent. Our team can walk you through the process and make sure you get access to the information you need.

What is a power of attorney (POA), and how does it relate to managing my loved one's medical records?

A power of attorney is a legal document that authorizes you to make decisions on your loved one's behalf, including healthcare decisions. If you have a POA, upload it to the platform and we'll give you full authority to manage their records.

What does joining research studies look like?

As a caregiver, you may complete surveys or other study activities on your loved one's behalf. Some studies focus specifically on the caregiver experience, asking for your insights through surveys tailored to what you've been through.
