If you are already a PicnicHealth member, there is no additional cost for care syncs and on-demand messaging. If you wish to order testing through our virtual clinic, or if you would like to book a connected care visit, then additional fees or copays may apply.
When you book a connected care visit, you may choose to bill your insurance. We will make sure you have the opportunity to review and accept any potential charges before confirming your appointment.
Virtual care services are currently available to all patients over the age 18 who reside in the United States, with the exception of patients in the following states: AR, HI. Due to the personalized nature of our service, new and updated virtual care features will be made available to existing PicnicHealth users on a gradual, rolling basis.
Our providers are licensed physicians, nurse practitioners and care coordinators with training in primary care and preventive medicine. They work together to review your records, recommend next steps, and support your care journey.
No, our virtual care services are intended to supplement but not replace your primary healthcare provider, and we are not able to treat urgent or emergent health care needs.
