Chandler Crews knows achondroplasia inside out—diagnosed in 1993, she’s been through it all. She started The Chandler Project to fill a big gap she saw: giving parents of kids with achondroplasia a place to find support, answers, and a community that gets it. Chandler turned her journey into a way to help others, sharing her surgery stories on social media and becoming a go-to voice for achondroplasia insights.
Victoria Garcia is a seasoned Registered Nurse with a 12-year tenure in neonatal and pediatric care, whose personal and professional worlds collided when her daughter was prenatally diagnosed with achondroplasia. Despite her extensive medical background, the journey was tumultuous, filled with complex medical decisions, emotional turmoil, and unexpected financial burdens. Victoria transformed these challenges into advocacy, leveraging her experience to guide other families through similar situations. Her unique blend of professional insight and personal dedication has made her a powerful voice in the achondroplasia community, inspiring others to become knowledgeable advocates for their children.
